复旦大学博士后出站指南
复旦大学是我国首批设立博士后流动站单位之一，现有哲学、理论经济学、应用经济学、政治学、中国语言文学、外国语言文学、新闻传播学、历史学、法学、社会学、马克思主义理论、数学、物理学、化学、生物学、力学、电子科学与技术、计算机科学与技术、管理科学与工程、工商管理、材料科学与工程、环境科学与工程、生物医学工程、基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学、公共管理、药学、中西医结合、临床医学等29个博士后科研流动站。所在的29个一级学科覆盖了我校108个博士点，占我校现有110个博士点总数的98.2%；覆盖含有博士点的一级学科（共28个）占89.2%。自1985年招收全国第一位博士后研究人员以来，至2003
年底，我校累计进站的博士后人数已达890余名，在站人数369名。出站人员中有95% 被评定具有副教授以上任职资格，其中有十余名已成为博士生导师。据不完全统计，博士后科研人员中已获国家自然科学二等奖和国家教委科技进步一等奖各1项，有2人获香港求是基金优秀青年学者奖，5人获中国优秀博士后奖，获省、市科技奖及荣誉称号的有10余人。
复旦大学拥有良好的教学和科研设施。现有文理科及医学3个图书馆，学校藏书416万多册，期刊总数超过2.5万种。学校有各类实验室130多个，其中包括5个国家重点实验室。除了良好的科研设施以外，学校还为博士后提供了较好的生活设施。在国家人事部和全国博士后管委会、上海市人事局及上海市财政的支持和资助下，复旦大学先后建造了两幢博士后专用公寓，并另拨专门住房用作博士后住宅，并配有全套家具和有关生活实施。目前，全校共有二居室或二居室一厅博士后住房200余套，2004年我校还将有一批博士后专用公寓投入使用。为了推动博士后工作的发展，学校正积极扩大《复旦大学博士后基金》的筹建，以促进在站博士后科研人员多出高水平科研成果。学校加强博士后工作管理，建立和健全了有关规章制度，为博士后科研人员的工作、生活及成长创造了良好的环境。
Postdoctoral Programs
at Fudan University
Fudan University is among the first to offer postdoctoral
programs in China. The program now includes studies
in 25 areas -- Philosophy, Theoretical Economics,
Applied Economics, Political Science, Chinese Language
& Literature, English Linguistics & Literature,
Journalism & Communication, History, Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mechanics, Electronic
Science & Technology, Computer Science & Technology,
Management Science & Engineering, Business Management,
Materials Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering,
Basic Medicine, Public Health & Preventive Medicine,
Public Administration, Pharmacy Sciences, Integration
Traditional Chinese & Western Medicine and Clinical
Medicine. The 25 major disciplines the postdoctoral
programs represent cover 108 doctoral programs of
the University, which accounts for 98.2% of the total
of 110 doctoral programs; the major disciplines take
89.2% of the 28 disciplines of doctoral programs.
Since the enrolment of the first postdoctoral scholar
in China in 1985, the University has recruited more
than 890 postdoctoral scholars, of whom 369 are currently
registered. 95% of those scholars who finished their
postdoctoral studies have been promoted to either
associate professors or full professors and more than
ten scholars have become supervisors of doctoral candidates.
Statistics show that postdoctoral scholars received
many awards, including the second prize of National
Natural Science Award and the first prize of the Sci
& Tech Advancement Award by the State Education
Commission. Two postdoctoral researchers were conferred
the Outstanding Young Scholar Award by Qiu Shi Science
& Technologies Foundation of Hong Kong, five won
the National Outstanding Postdoctoral Award and over
ten scholars got Sci & Tech Award and other honors
at either the provincial or municipal level.
Fudan University prides itself on good teaching and
research facilities. The University now has over 130
laboratories including five national key laboratories,
and three libraries -- the Library of Humanities,
of Natural Science and of Medical Science, with a
collection of 4,160,000 volumes of books and over
25,000 periodicals. Besides good research facilities,
the University also provides the postdoctoral researchers
with good living conditions. Supported and funded
by the Ministry of Personnel, the National Postdoctoral
Affairs Committee, Shanghai Personnel Bureau and the
Shanghai municipal government, the University constructed
two apartment buildings especially for postdoctoral
scholars and allocated furnished apartments as additional
housing resources. The University currently has over
200 apartments for postdoctoral scholars and more
apartments will be available for use in the year of
2004. To enhance the service for postdoctoral scholars,
the University is planning on the collection of funds
on a larger scale for the Postdoctoral Fund of Fudan
University to encourage current postdoctoral scholars
to achieve more in their research fields. Rules and
regulations have been made and improved, aiming at
creating an even better living and research environment
for the scholars.
