复旦大学微纳系统中心刘骁教授课题组博士后招聘启事

复旦大学刘骁教授课题组具有半导体、电路与系统、生物等多学科交叉背景,长期从事面向医疗应用的芯片、微系统和可穿戴式电子的设计和研发,与国内外知名高校和工业界均保持紧密合作。现诚聘多名在模拟集成电路设计、微电子或嵌入式系统方向有一定经验的博士毕业生。博士后工资每年不少于36万,具体工资一人一议。


博士后岗位1:模拟集成电路设计方向

要求:

a) 已在国内外大学或研究机构获得博士学位或即将获得博士学位;

b) 以第一作者身份在国际重要学术刊物上(电路与系统、芯片等相关领域)发表过学术论文;

c) 能够熟练使用至少一种电路设计软件,例如CadenceSynopsis,并熟悉电路设计流程;

d) 有实际流片和调试的经验;

e) 具有较好的独立从事科研工作的能力,勤奋踏实,善于团队沟通协作;

f) 具有较好英文学术论文阅读写作能力。


博士后岗位2:微电子传感器和微系统方向

要求:

a) 已在国内外大学或研究机构获得博士学位或即将获得博士学位;

b) 以第一作者身份在国际重要学术刊物上发表过学术论文;

c) cleanroom工作经验,并能熟练使用相关的微加工设备和仪器;

c) 具有较好的独立从事科研工作的能力,勤奋踏实,具有创新精神;

d) 具有较好英文学术论文阅读写作能力。


博士后岗位3:嵌入式系统方向

要求:

a) 在国内外大学或研究机构获得博士学位或即将获得博士学位,且研究方向为如下方向之一:电子工程、嵌入式系统、生物医学工程等相关专业;

b) 以第一作者身份在国际重要学术刊物上发表过学术论文;

c) 熟悉低功耗微控制器,固件调试(C语言)、GUI软件编程(Matlab/ Python/ LabVIEW),PCB设计开发,用商用芯片和电路模块搭建系统,实现模拟信号采集到微控制器再到无线终端的数据采集、分析、通信、和反馈;

d) 工作勤奋踏实,具有较好的独立从事科研工作的能力和实践能力;

e) 较好英文资料阅读基础。

导师介绍:

刘骁教授于2008年获得伦敦大学学院(UCL)博士学位,2009-2011UCL完成了博士后研究,2011-2020年先后任职于布鲁内尔大学和伦敦大学学院。2018年被英国工程与物理科学研究院(EPSRC)授予UK Research and Innovation Fellow。他是IEEE电路与系统协会下属的Biomedical and Life Science Circuits and Systems技术委员会委员,20162019年担任IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers副主编。2020年加入复旦大学,现任复旦大学信息科学与工程学院教授、博导,其主要研究方向为

Post-Doctoral Vacancies in FudanUniversity, Shanghai, China in the field of microelectronics and IC design


Prof Xiao Liu of the Micro- and Nano-System Centre, School of Information Science and Engineering, Fudan University, Shanghai, China is looking for talented young researchers to join his research group of XL-microelectronics. Prof Liu’s research interests include:

Analogue and mixed-signal integrated circuit design

Biomedical circuits and system

Neuroprostheses

Wireless sensing

SoC and microsystems

Microelectronic sensors

Wearable technologies

There are currently multiple postdoctoral vacancies in the group.

Postdoc post 1: Analogue integrated circuit design

Requirement:
a) Have obtained a PhD degree or will soon pass doctoral dissertation defence;

b) Have published original research articles in high-impact journals in the field of circuits and systems, or IC design, be familiar with state-of-the art research in this field;
c) Familia with at least one of the main stream EDA tools for circuit design, such as Cadence and Synopsis;
d) Have previously gone through the entire design flow, from schematic, layout, tape-out to testing;  

e) Strong sense of responsibility, dedication for scientific research, teamwork spirit and good organization and coordination ability;

Postdoc post 2: Microelectronic sensors and microsystems

Requirement:
a) Have obtained a PhD degree or will soon pass doctoral dissertation defence in one of the following subjects: microelectronics, electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, MEMS, advanced micro-fabrication and micro-assembly, and microsystems
;
b) Be familiar with classic design flows of micro-fabrication and micro-assembly;

c) Hands on experience with various equipment and apparatus for micro-fabrication and micro-assembly;
d) Strong sense of responsibility, dedication for scientific research, teamwork spirit and good organization and coordination ability;
e) Have published high-quality research papers in relevant journals, be familiar
with state-of-the art research in the field.

Postdoc post 3: Embedded system

Requirement:
a) Have obtained a PhD degree or will soon pass doctoral dissertation defence in the following subjects: microelectronics, electrical engineering; embedded systems, medical physics and bioengineering;
b) Extensive experience in programming low-power microcontrollers;

c) Extensive experience in system design using commercial chips and off-the-shelf circuit blocks;

d) Familiar with PCB design;
e) Strong sense of responsibility, dedication for scientific research, teamwork spirit and good organization and coordination ability;
f) Have published high-quality research papers in relevant journals, and have a good grasp of basic knowledge and familiar
with state-of-the art research in this field.

Salary and benefits

1. Enjoy competitive salary of more than 360,000RMB/year (more than $55,000USD/year). For candidates with excellent education background and strong research track record, the specific amount of salary shall be determined by negotiation between the PI and candidate.

About Prof Xiao Liu

Dr Xiao Liu is a full professor in the School of Information Science and Technology, Fudan University. Before that, he was an academic in University College London, UK. He is a Technical Committee Member of Biomedical and Life Science Circuits and Systems of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, a Senior Member of IEEE and a Chartered Engineer. He was awarded a UKRI fellowship by the UK Engineering and Physical Science Research Council in 2018, and served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers in 2016-2019.
